I keep travelling the world of beer, to help, to inspire, to meet, to learn. I made it a rule that everywhere I go, I save a bit of time, often late at night, to stroll down the streets seeking for an experience and local people. Often in the beer community (comfort zone) but also in coffee shops, experience centers, urban wineries, craft distillers, punk chefs,… and the likes.
